Culinary Herbs for Better Health.

Throw out the diet's and take charge of your health while having fun and enjoying your food.

Do you ever wonder why, with all the many diet's going around, people are still overweight and unhealthy........the same people. It isn't that folks don't try.......but all the dieting in the world isn't going to help you if you don't understand all the componets of eating and how your system reacts to everything you introduce into it.

There are a certain number of things that must be taken from your diet before you are going to see results that will last and put you on the road to sustaining good health and a normal body.

Salt, sugar, and fat(bad fat) (too much salt) (refined sugar)

I know what your thinking.......blah! And your right and wrong.

Blah if you just remove the salt and fat from the stew and don't replace it with something that will make it tasty.

Do you know that when you salt food that you totally lose the real taste of the food.......the flavor we all get use to is the change the salt brings about.

When you cut the salt in half or out and add the proper herbs you get the most wonderful flavors from the real heart of that paticular food.

Too much salt causes high blood pressure which causes anxiety which causes higher blood pressure.....then comes the meds and it never stops........until your dead!

One tablespoon of refined sugar destroys all the good things you will put into your system in a full day. It produces so many bad things in your body, we don't have enough space to list them all. First of all it is very addictive.......if you don't think so, remove sugar from your diet for a month and then introduce it again, it will make you sick.

There are great natural alternatives to refined sugar....so we aren't talking about giving up dessert forever.

Bad fat is ........bad. A slow killer of our heart. And our heart is our life.

Please, research, ask questions, make it a priority to get educated on being healthy. Teach your children where the danger is in the foods they eat......they only know what we teach them.

Most of the damage to our body is done in the first 18 years. We spend the rest of the years un-doing or fighting that damage.
