About MeI'm a Shamanic counsellor, psychotherapist and trainer and I run therapy groups. I live in the countryside and sort of dropped out of society in the mid 80's. I live with my daughter, 3 dogs and a cat, love to read, socialise with friends, meet friends online also...Like to meditate, am very spiritual and am busy running a slow to grow online community of holistic health professionals (Join us!) I'm 45 am very into nutrition and fitness and exercise daily for mind, body and spirit. Like making new friends, can never have too many :) and also value my time in quiet solitude.
