About Me
I am a singer, recorder player and a mother. I’ve worked in professional theatre as a director and workshop leader, particularly with children.
I first studied the Alexander Technique when strain-related injuries stopped me from working and enjoying activities I loved.
I couldn’t use the computer, couldn’t play recorder, couldn’t knit, couldn’t even cook. Life was pretty hard for a while.
I was astonished by the transformation the Technique was having on my entire life – and not just on my physical difficulties. So, I decided to train to become a teacher and help others make the same discoveries.
