It is very difficult for me to express in words the effect you have had on my life Vie. I am experiencing a great evolution in my life mind, body and spirit and you are a huge part to this realization. You are one of the best people I know and I am honored to be your friend. I have been having sessions with Helen since July 2009.
I was at the gym and Helen came in we knew each other enough to say hello, whilst we were both working out Helen approached me she said I can see you are in so much pain I know I can help you if you will allow me too. I was surprised by her approach and I laughed at her and said oh really what do you think you can do! and she said I have been given a gift which I can’t explain right now I can help you if you will let me.
Well, I have nothing to loose I thought to myself so I agreed.
We went into the changing room and she said well this is as private as we can get right now so if you can try to get comfortable by laying face down on the floor well begin.
So this is what I did, she told me to close my eyes and try to keep them shut and try to center myself which did not come easy because I was feeling very skeptical but I tried, Helen asked what colors was I seeing and I told her I could see vivid orange, red and yellow she said good because that is your pain and I can see too!

I literally felt this tingling pain move around my body and out through my feet, whilst this was happening to me I could hear noises some were coming from Helen which un nerved me a little it sounded like she had gone into a trance at one point whaling and grunting, but I also heard the wind blowing and at one point a whistling, then I felt a stiffly freezing cold sensation and an aching pain then a tingling pain in my stomach and back then down my legs and out my feet, I had just experienced the most strangest sensations all over my body but not at the same time which felt like I had been washed in cold water from the inside out.

When it was over I felt exhausted, we looked at the clock, Helen had worked on me for about 45 to 50 minutes on the floor in the changing room.
It took me quite a while to recover, and I felt like a new woman, my pain had defiantly eased tremendously.

I think I was in shock over what I had just experienced, but I felt wonderful.

I could not stop telling everyone I met about my humble experience, people I had known for years were shocked and surprised at what I had experienced and I think some thought I had lost it!
I just told them don’t disbelieve it till you’ve tried it.
I knew I had to see her again and again and again, I’m still going just once a week now but I feel so much better about myself.

It never occurred to me to put my experiences on her site until she suggested it, but I have written everything that I can remember about my first experience and there is many more to tell.

Hello Vie,

What a wonderful, enlightening session we had on tuesday. Each time the sessions are better and better. I realize what you meant when you said " you will not feel grounded for a while." When i opened my eyes, everything looked and felt surreal. I felt like I was outside of my body and it was very intense. It took a couple of hours for me to feel grounded. I felt like i was floating for quite a long time and I had to sleep right after. When i woke from my nap, i felt completely rejuvenated. That was the first time where i actually had a complete mediation. I am very satisfied with how things are going. I love had understand what you mean now with out having to think so much. You are such an amazing person. Thank you again for all of your help.

Thank you again for Tuesday's session. After we got off of the phone, shortly after my fingers moved and then my arm. It kind of startled me. The crown of my head was quit heavy for a while as well. I am wondering why this is so diffcult for me. I feel like I am trying to hard to make it work. I do not feel your energy for more than a couple minutes both sessions. I want to connect more with my spiritual being and I do believe in GOD.

I did not grow up with any kind of Religion in my life, and in my unconventional upbringing I did not believe in GOD at one point because of some difficult times in life. I realized eventually, there has been something there guiding me in important decisions in my life especially now. Over time I grew to realize that I am apart of GOD, and I have wanted to make that reconnection with my detachment from my spiritual self and GOD. I have also come to new understandings with my acceptance of GOD. I do not have a religion. I believe in GOD, my SOUL, SPIRITS, REINCARNATION, PAST LIVES.

I another thing, when i get sick i know that my body should be able to get rid of the sickness (I rarely ever get sick). I have at times taken medications, but only because of ignorance. I do not completely know how to use the correct tools to heal my body. I drink teas, and look up natural remedies (herbs, oils). I do not stick to this all the time though. When you said that you could help me with my sickness I felt better for most of my day and it has come back by not as bad. Do you have suggestions on what i can do to heal myself, and also what can I do to feel your energy more than I have? I take the drops you recommended and take the epson salt baths. Is that all that will be needed?

Hi Helene,
We didn't get to talk much after my session on Friday and hopefully we'll be able to talk more during my next session. During Friday's session there was a lot going on. I was seeing things I was feeling things and it all felt like it happened in one minute. One of the first things I saw was the image of a bird. When I saw this I flapped my wings and I became the bird and I was flying in the sky. Another image I saw was me being in water, I couldn't tell what kind of creature I was but I enjoyed coming in and out of the water. This image was pleasing because I've always felt a strong connection to water. I love swimming and I love taking baths, I just love the weightless feeling of being in the water. I also saw lots of shapes and symbols. I saw and eye on more than one occasion and I saw a woman tied like in the middle of a town and being beaten and punished. Some of the things I felt related to what I was seeing. When I was the bird I actually felt like I was flying and at one point I was just floating high above the room like the first time. At one point during the session I felt like I was spinning, like the whole world outside of me was spinning and at the end I felt kind of dizzy. This time around I felt the same energy I felt last time with my hands but on my legs. This is why I think my legs were cold because my hands were freezing the first time and this time only my legs were cold. Throughout the session I felt a lot of energy in my legs and sometimes I felt like I was going to get up and start walking. I have a problem with being in the now during my sessions. I'm really hard on myself because I really want to experience every second of it but I'm such an analytical person that everything that happens I try to see it with my left brain even though I know I will get nothing out of it by experiencing with my left brain. All my expectations and concerns about the session hold me back from just being in your office surrounded by beautiful energy and loving it. Of course I do feel beautiful things in that office but as soon as my left brain takes over my focus is on the outcome instead of the experience. I can only hope that with time I will learn to let go and fully experience the love and get the most out of your sessions that I can. All I know is that I want to know my life purpose, I want to reconnect to my divine, and I want see love in all that is so I will continue to be at the sessions until I achieve this. I look forward to my next session.

First I want to thank you once again for giving me the opportunity to experience something so beautiful. It truly was the most beautiful experience I've ever had. Prior to that session I had been feeling a little lost, I felt disappointed in myself because I didn't know what my path in life was. I'm very proud of my Boyfriend because he's made so much progress in his spiritual journey, but at the same time I felt that I was not putting enough effort into my spiritual journey and so I started questioning and doubting my role as a spiritual person. Walking into your office my heart was not open to receive all the love you were sending. Once you started the session almost immediately I started feeling as if I was floating, I felt really high in the room, the only other time I've felt something similar was during a meditation once. Then as I mentioned before I started experiencing the visions I had as a child that I can't really explain myself, but the best way I can describe it is an object appears to get huge, so huge it covers my whole field of vision, and then it gets so skinny it almost disappears, It looks pretty cool but I don't know what it means. After that I felt grounded again and that's when I started to feel like my hands were floating up by themselves, but this time it was my physical hands actually moving up. Shortly after was when you grabbed my hands and you told me it was okay, it felt really comforting to hear you say that and I opened my heart up a little bit. When you placed my hands on the armrest of the chair I immediately felt a HUGE energy which left me in awe, I didn't know what it was at first but then you told me that it was angels. The energy I felt was unlike anything I've ever felt before. When you placed my hands on my lap facing up I still felt it and I was so focused on it because I didn't want it to go away, and it didn't . They held my hand the entire time. I touched the energy with my fingers and it sent a whole surge of energy through my body. It all felt truly amazing. The most amazing part of it all though, was when my arms started moving. It was very slow, my hands starting moving towards each other, it felt like the energy was giving me a nudge and every time my hands moved a little bit closer. Since both my hands were moving towards each other I thought they were gonna end up together in the praying position, but then my left hand starting going up; and at that point tears started flowing. It's so hard to explain what I felt but it was a feeling of finding something I've been searching for all of my life. When my hand ended up on the armrest I couldn't hold back and I wept like a baby =). It was powerful; I loved every second of it. From there my heart opened up a lot more and I was ready to receive love. This whole experience helped me quiet my doubts, questions, and concerns. Thanks to this experience I'm at peace with whatever happens in my journey. It also helped reassure me of something I believed in but thanks to this experience I know, without a shadow of a doubt. So once again Helene thank you for sharing your gift with me. I'm definitely looking forward to my next sessions with you. –Kathy (Orlando, FL)

I just have to share something with you all.

I have had two quantum healing sessions with Helene and the angles she is working with over the phone. It is amazing!

Last week I was driving and she called me. I pulled over into a parking lot and parked. Took a deep breath, centered and grounded myself, closed my eyes and waited to see what would happen. Helene was on the other end of the phone, but I couldn't tell what she was saying, as she was talking very quietly and not to me.

All of a sudden, I could feel tingling and goosebumps all over my body. I felt so relaxed. Pretty soon I felt tears well up in my eyes. Not tears of sadness, but tears of love. I felt unconditional love over my entire body. It lasted about 5 minutes. Then I took a deep breath and opened my eyes. I felt refreshed and relaxed. I told Helene I was done.

She called me again today and we did another session.

I laid down on my bed, breathed, relaxed, closed my eyes. Then Helene said to stay there and she would start to work on me and call me back. Again, I could feel lots of tingling in my body, then my left arm started to move on its own. Gentle movements. My right arm moved a bit. But mostly my left. Then my chest started to feel energy moving around in it, especially my heart. My legs moved a bit. I saw colors of green, blue, silver, and gold. This went on for about 15 minutes. Then all of a sudden the Angels were telling me to tell to a friend of us something. I am not kidding.

I swear, I am telling you the truth.

Then I opened my eyes, looked around, yawned and then Helene called!

How did she know I was done?! It was amazing.

So, I just wanted to share with you my experience with Helene. Today I fell wonderful!
