Hi! I am a holistic therapist and Reyad Sekh Em practitioner, along with many other hats!
I became interested in wellbeing some seventeen years ago when we discovered my baby boy was allergic to dairy products. So little information was available in those days, so I had to learn how to make soya yoghurts and discover as much as I could by myself.
I trained as a holistic therapist and Reyad Sekh Em practitioner as soon as I was able to give up a little time from family demands, and my near-obsessive thirst for knowledge about nutrition and the body’s ability to survive in this toxic modern-day world led me to study nutritional healing, too.
With this background, I actively promote the use of pure, natural, organic oils as a basis for skincare and in all my treatments I source and use only the finest quality oils and raw, living skincare products (Raw Gaia). I also offer a personalised oil blend service (for face and body) because I am so passionate about using the gifts from Mother Nature to keep us looking radiantly beautiful.
Over time I discovered that by harnessing the power of vibrational energies, such as crystals, flower essences, and Ripple energy therapy, the treatments have an added dimension - moving beyond the surface, empowering you to reach down deep & really make a difference to your wellbeing and the whole of your life!

Part of my business is to help others step into the world of wellbeing and make a profitable business out of it. I love this particular aspect, it's so lovely to see people's confidence blossom as they gradually build up their new prosperous business!
